In Idaho, licensed acupuncturists are required to renew their licenses annually. As part of the renewal process, practitioners must complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education (CE) within each 12-month period preceding the renewal. These CE hours are designed to ensure that acupuncturists maintain and enhance their professional knowledge and skills.

Idaho accepts courses approved by NCCAOM for meeting these requirements.
Record-Keeping and Audits:
Licensees are required to retain documentation of completed CE courses, such as certificates of completion, for potential verification. The Idaho Board of Acupuncture conducts annual audits to ensure compliance with CE requirements.
All courses are NCCAOM approved.
