These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flash Acu CEUs website (“Website”) and all services, courses, and educational products provided by Golden Nuggets LLC, doing business as Flash Acu CEUs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this Website or purchasing any course, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility & Use of the Website
1.1 Eligibility
Courses are offered only to:
Licensed acupuncturists
Licensed massage therapists
Students enrolled in accredited acupuncture or massage therapy programs
Healthcare professionals seeking continuing education
You certify that all information you provide regarding licensure, enrollment, and credentials is accurate and truthful.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred, or accessed by multiple users.
1.3 Course License
Your purchase grants a single-user license for personal professional education.
You may not share, resell, duplicate, distribute, or provide course access, certificates, or materials to any other person or organization.
2. Intellectual Property
All Website content, videos, manuals, quizzes, certificates, graphics, and educational materials are the exclusive property of Golden Nuggets LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, AI training, scraping, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
3. Payments, Purchases & Fraud Protection
3.1 Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected courses or bundles.
3.2 Quantity Limits & Abuse Prevention
Courses are licensed for individual use. Bulk purchases, repeated purchases, or duplicate orders without written authorization are prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel, block, suspend, or reverse any order that appears:
Fraudulent
Automated
Duplicative
Intended to manipulate coupons, pricing, or payment systems
Made to disrupt, harm, or interfere with our business
This includes purchases made for competitive interference.
4. Refund Policy & Payment Processing Fees
Because digital course access and certificates are delivered instantly, refunds are strictly limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are allowed only within 24 hours of purchase and only if:
The course has not been accessed
No certificate has been issued
No CE hours have been reported
Bundles qualify only if none of the included courses were accessed.
No refunds are permitted once a course has been accessed, completed, or reported to NCCAOM, CE Broker, or any licensing board.
Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fees
Payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) charge non-refundable transaction fees on every payment, even when a refund is issued.
If an order is canceled or refunded due to fraud, abuse, excessive purchases, payment manipulation, or competitive interference, the customer is responsible for all non-refundable payment processing fees.
These fees will be deducted from any refund or may be invoiced to the customer.
Refund Abuse & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny refunds, revoke access, withhold certificates, block accounts, and report abuse if we detect patterns of:
Excessive refunds
Chargebacks
Payment disputes
Coupon exploitation
Competitive sabotage
5. Certificates & License Reporting
Certificates and license reporting are issued based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your name, license number, and board details are correct.
Once CE credits are reported to a board or issued, they cannot be reversed and refunds are no longer available.
Misrepresentation of credentials or identity may result in account termination without refund.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Share or resell accounts, videos, certificates, or materials
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Website
Attempt to exploit pricing, coupons, refunds, or reporting systems
Submit false license information
Attempt to disrupt or financially harm our operations
7. Termination
Golden Nuggets LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or access without refund for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse, fraud, or misconduct.
8. Arbitration & Legal Disputes
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the county of the Company’s residence at the time the claim is filed.
You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All courses and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding exam results, board approval decisions, or license outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Golden Nuggets LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or courses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
12. Changes
Golden Nuggets LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
