Refund Policy – Effective 2026

Flash Acu CEUs provides instant-access digital continuing education programs for licensed healthcare professionals. Because all courses, materials, and certificates are delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited and carefully regulated to prevent misuse, fraud, and abuse of licensing systems.

By purchasing from Flash Acu CEUs, you agree to the terms below.


1. Instant Access & Digital Delivery

All Flash Acu CEUs courses, bundles, videos, PDFs, exams, and certificates are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase and only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The course or bundle has not been accessed

  • No lessons, videos, or materials have been opened

  • No quizzes or exams have been started

  • No certificate has been generated

  • No CE hours have been reported to any board

If any of the above actions occur, the product is considered used and no refund will be issued.


3. Bundles & Multi-Course Purchases

For bundles, refunds are only available if none of the included courses have been accessed or started. Accessing even one course voids refund eligibility for the entire bundle.


4. License Reporting & Certificates

Once CE hours are reported to NCCAOM, CE Broker, or any licensing board, or once a certificate is issued or downloaded, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or completion.

Boards do not allow credits to be reversed once submitted.


5. Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fees

Credit card and payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) charge non-refundable transaction fees for every purchase, even if the payment is refunded.

If a refund is approved, payment processing fees (typically 3–5% of the transaction plus a fixed fee) will be deducted from the refund.

If an order is canceled or refunded due to fraud, abuse, excessive purchases, coupon manipulation, or competitive interference, the customer is responsible for all non-refundable payment processing fees.

These fees may be deducted from the refund or invoiced to the customer.


6. Fraud, Abuse & Refund Manipulation

We reserve the right to deny refunds, revoke access, withhold certificates, block accounts, and restrict future purchases if we detect:

  • Excessive refund requests

  • Chargeback patterns

  • Duplicate or bulk purchases

  • Coupon exploitation

  • Competitive sabotage

  • False license data

  • Any attempt to manipulate our payment or reporting systems

Abusive or fraudulent activity may result in account termination without refund.


7. Ordering Errors

If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, please contact us within 24 hours at:

If the course has not been accessed, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.


8. No Refunds for Completed or Used Courses

No refunds are issued for:

  • Completed courses

  • Downloaded or generated certificates

  • Reported CE hours

  • Partially used bundles

  • Account misuse or sharing

  • License denial by boards
