Refund Policy

Upon purchase, course content is instantly accessible, and fees are considered non-refundable. If you make an ordering error, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We may offer a course exchange if the course has not been accessed.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Individual Courses: Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, only if the course has not been accessed or completed and no certificate has been issued.

  • Bundles: Refunds follow the same 24-hour policy but apply only if none of the courses within the bundle have been accessed or completed, and no certificates have been issued.

  • Accessed or Completed Courses: No refunds will be granted once a course has been accessed or completed, including when PDA credits have been reported to NCCAOM or CE hours reported to CE Broker.
